Riverwalk is a riverfront community located in Rock Hill that is built to accommodate to the outdoor lifestyle. The neighborhood style is clustered into separate districts showcase different housing styles, riverfront properties and chock full of outdoor amenities.

Riverwalk is bursting with walking/biking/running trails, access to the Catawba River for kayaking and canoeing, indoor/outdoor restaurants as well as retail and office spaces. The Piedmont Medical Center Walking trail is 3.35 miles of paved walkway and is open daily from 8am-8pm during the summer and until 6pm during the winter. When you’re done with your outdoor activities, grab a drink at Grapevine Wine Shop or some dinner at the Pump House. There are a variety of stores walk through including the Charlotte Running Company.

Riverwalk is also home to the Giordana Velodrome, the BMX Supercross Track, YMCA and the Rock Hill Criterium Course. Riverwalk partners with the City of Rock Hill to maintain its athletic fields that are available to the public.

Riverwalk has homes for sale as well as new construction that are still in progress. Homes range in size starting at 1700 square feet and they are now renting newly built apartments and have some town homes as well. Upon completion, Riverwalk will encompass 850 homes, 250 town homes and 550 apartments.
